Allison Scott is from Spanish Springs, Nevada, and studied Information Systems at the University of Nevada, Reno. She joined Barber Law Group in 2025 as a receptionist before she was promoted to file clerk, where she managed client communications, organized case files, and supported day-to-day office operations.

It was in this role that Allison discovered her interest in the legal field, which inspired her to learn more and led to her promotion to Legal Assistant. She now assists our attorneys and paralegals with drafting documents, preparing materials for discovery, managing case files, and e-filing through the Nevada court system.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys horseback riding, fishing at Pyramid Lake, reading, camping, and attending concerts.
