A boutique Family Law firm in Reno, NV is looking to fill an Associate Attorney position. The firm has been practicing for over 30+ years and holds an impeccable reputation amongst clients, attorneys, and courts. The firm offers a collaborative working environment and real opportunities for advancement.
Associate Attorneys will work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation including performing case evaluation and reporting, recommending actions, preparing and reviewing proposed Orders and Motions, performing discovery and depositions, thorough trial presentation, communicating with clients, and employ strategic thinking to meet client objectives.
Candidates should be licensed (or have intentions to be licensed) in Nevada, have knowledge of legal principles, statutory and case law, court rules and procedures, exceptional research and writing skills, ability to analyze complex legal issues and complicated factual details, communicate ideas and concepts orally and in writing, ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, impartiality, and honesty in all matters, and work effectively, efficiently, and professionally on a daily basis.
