Our team works closely together on all aspects of case management and client service. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include case evaluation and reporting, preparing and reviewing pleadings and motions, managing discovery, assisting with depositions and trial preparation, communicating directly with clients, and supporting attorneys in meeting client objectives with strategic and thoughtful advocacy.
Attorney candidates should be licensed (or have the intention to become licensed) in Nevada and possess strong knowledge of legal principles, statutory and case law, court rules, and procedures. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional research and writing skills, the ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues, and strong oral and written communication skills.
Paralegals and administrative staff candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment while maintaining professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in all matters.
